Gabriel Abed is widely recognized as a leading authority on Central Bank digital currencies, math-based protocols and blockchain technology globally, and is the first entrepreneur to establish blockchain companies in the Caribbean from as early as 2010.

Raymond Mow

Raymond has over 28 years of financial industry experience, most recently as Managing Director of Fixed Income at First Foundation Advisers overseeing $2.3 billion. As a member of the investment policy committee, Raymond collaborated on asset allocation policy and portfolio construction. Previously, Raymond was Senior Portfolio Manager at Highmark Capital Management, overseeing $2 billion.

Seth Bayles

Seth is a Corporate Attorney with over 15 years of experience practicing in the areas of entertainment, finance, technology, and commercial contracts. He has negotiated and drafted complex commercial agreements including multimedia, vendor, union, talent, channel, and technology-related agreements.He has his B.A. in Economics and History from Brandeis University, his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Erik Nelson

President, Coral Capital Partners. Erik is a finance professional with broad experience in the securities markets and investment banking. Significant experience in Capital Markets, Project Management, Corporate Governance, SEC regulations & filings, Financial Modeling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Plan Development and Writing, Corporate Restructuring, Financial Management & Reporting, and Financial Analysis.

Ryan Ramnath

Former Chief Executive Officer, Bitflair. Ryan graduated from the University of Toronto with a Mechanical Engineering – High Distinction. Having a Mechanical Engineering degree Ryan entered the oil and gas industry with roles ranging throughout the upstream and downstream sector, Working a total of 5 years in the Oil and Gas Field. Ryan Co-founded BitFlair, held the role as CEO and was instrumental in navigating the local Trinidad environment to successfully launch its 1st POC – surpassing expectation for a liquid cooled mine in Trinidad

Sam Jorgensen

Former Chief Financial Officer, Bitflair. Since attending the Schulich school of business in Toronto, Samuel has undertaken financial management roles in both the cryptocurrency mining industry as well as the heavy commercial construction industry. Technically minded, with expertise in financial and management accounting, Samuel has hands-on experience in data networking, Immersion cooling, and mining infrastructure in addition to fulfilling his role as CFO since co-founding Bitflair in 2017.

Dean Sutton

Mr. Sutton is a technology founder, venture builder and investor. As an active executive in fintech, blockchain and digital currencies since 2015, he has supported and advised a number of companies, including being a founding advisor to Argo Blockchain, the first bitcoin mining company to list on the London Stock Exchange. He is a Co-Founder and Director of WonderFi Technologies, a decentralized finance technology company, LQwD Fintech Corp, a bitcoin infrastructure and payments company focused on the Lightning Network.

Ben Ferguson

Executive Vice President, Shamrock Consulting Group. Ben Ferguson is a technology executive focused on innovation in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Wide Area Networks (WAN), data center, and telecommunications solutions. Since his departure from Biochemical research in 2004, he has built core competencies around designing, securing, and implementing highly available and fault tolerant public and hybrid cloud architectures, wide area networks, high density and hybrid cloud data center deployments, and Voice over IP telephony.

Michael Chermak

Michael Chermak has 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the healthcare industry. He has serviced as the Chief Administrative Officer of Cytta Corp since April 2020. He worked in China for over 6 years and was the former Chairman and CEO of Bridgetech Holdings International (OTC: BGTH), which focused on introducing Western medicine into China. He has served on the Board of Directors and as an Audit Committee member of Beijing Origin Seed (NASDAQ: SEED). Michael graduated from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management.

Nicolas Vaughan

With over 15 years of exposure to financial markets, Nicolas has developed an extensive understanding of trading and investment strategies across a diverse array of asset classes. Nicolas has spent his career aiding in the creation, optimization, implementation and execution of complex investment strategies across portfolios. Nicolas holds a degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University.

Nik Palchikoff

Prior to joining BitMine, Nik Palchikoff was a Financial Advisor at a Wall Street Investment Bank where he concentrated mostly on lending, leading a hundred million dollar a year business. However, before a career change into the wealth management business Nik was building his career in entertainment. Nik graduated UCLA in 2009, with a BA in History and a Minor in Film, Television, & Digital Media.

Jonathan Bates

As a former Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Securities, and with more than 25 years of financial industry experience, Jonathan has spent his career analyzing the interrelations of a vast number of different markets. His deep understanding of institutional trading environments and multi-asset portfolios is a critical resource to the operations he oversees. Jonathan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992 with a degree in Business Finance.

Michael Maloney

Chief Financial Officer, Coinmint. Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School teaching Bitcoin and Digital Asset Regulation. In 2017 Michael helped co-found Galaxy Digital the first merchant bank to serve the blockchain space. Previously, Michael was founding member of Ernst & Young’s (EY) Distributed Ledger Technology group.
